PDP Members will have the opportunity to tour the brand new living spaces in newly opened Eighth and Penn where two historic buildings have been restored to offer very cool, unique, and spacious apartments. Stroll the rooftop deck, a vast elevated paradise that has been created as an amenity for residents (weather-permitting). Enjoy food, drinks, live entertainment, and the company of other PDP members in the sky lounge and tour a variety of living spaces.

Eighth & Penn consists of the restoration the McNally Building and the Bonn Building and is a project by Trek Development Group and Q Development. The buildings have been fixtures of downtown Pittsburgh since the 1890's and are turn-of-the-century masonry buildings, rich with historic character.
